Hollywood FICA FAILURE!!!!!!!!!
I have always made withdrawals from my Hollywood account into my current account without any issue!
Since the 1st of November they advised I need fica documents to be sent which I uploaded twice on the website and emailed twice
I called and spoke to an agent who said my account was FICA on the 12th November however every single time I need to a withdrawal it bounces back into the Hollywood account and I receive yet another message stating there is missing documents
Its really frustrating
