Hollywood don't want to pay

Hollywood is very inconvenient,they don't pay withdrawals in time. I made Absa cash send on the 19 and 20 October 2024 respectively to this day ,all they talk about is escalation to the withdrawal department. I believe they send reference numbers without pin intensionally,to avoid making payments .Like how do you let matters go unresolved for almost 3 weeks,you call them ,email ,live chat ...this company thinks less of it's customers and don't take people serious at all .And on that note I'd like them to explain to me ,is it the customers problem that they did not receive withdrawal pin for them to go weeks without rectifying there problem
