I feel that hollywood bets is rigged. Last night on aviator I staked R16 and R14, when the plane was on 25 I tried to cash out but it gave me an error that did "bad request". I also stakeked R26 and R24 I tried for several times until the plane flew away that is when I lost my money. I could have won atlist around R1300 if it was not for those glitches

The funny part is that it only gave that error when the plane was above 10. It did that on several occasions more than 3 times trying to cash out on different bets but couldn't.

I tried to contact them about the matter but the said they refunded my account with only the money that I was staking which is not fair coz the technical glitch was not my fault they should pay what I was supposed to won

Hollywood my just refund us our winning from last night between 20h00 and 22h00. The technical glitch was your foul why should we. Pay the price. Why should the game always be to your advantage. We can't loose even when we supposed to be winning
