I played 24 games on the tenth of February and out of 24 games 3 games were abondoned so instead of paying for 21games which won.Hollywood chose to cancel my ticket and give me the ten rand i used to play.

I tried calling your agents and they said its a technical error i understood when i was doing a follow up one of your agents said my ticket has been cancelled. For what reason i dont know.
