Hollywood closed my account and has not record of the account on their side

I have been using Hollywood bets for a few weeks now. I had just deposited money the past weekend and had active bets pending. No when I try to log in to check the status of my bets, it says the account cannot be found. I called customer care and they have no record of my account. This is crazy because I have proof verification codes sent to my number. I have proof of money being deposited. This is very suspicious and I want this resolved before I take this up further
