I recently placed a bet on Hollywood and the ticket won on all the teams as you can see the attached screenshot. I am saddened that Hollywood bet has cancelled my ticket without my consent.

Can Hollywood please pay me my full payout..hollywood has does this all the time and gives error and the next thing the money is not being replaced

Kindly treat this as an urgent matter that's needs to be resolved i have been a loyal client to the organization for quite a while now . No trust in Hollywood bets ..,. It's ***** out of R1270 and the only paid me R263 .gave then a grace period but still on response and no solution it's not the first time that's why I took this matter to gambling ombudsman south africa.to further investment my case going back to the day I signed up .
