Hollywood bets withdrawal

Good evening My nightmare with Hollywoodbets. I have been trying so desperately to get my withdrawal done since 14th January. Bank declines request, I then chose another bank and received only a pin number. No voucher number was sent. This happened twice. Trying to speak to the consultants is frustrating, annoying and absolutely useless. I've spoken to at least 20 different consultants. Each one says that the issue has been escalated. Every day. For 9 whole days. Some days I called morning, noon and night. Same story. I've spent over R100 in calls. Every single time I called, I was number 42, 50, 52 or 58 in the que. I've never connected to anyone because after holding on for ages, I'm disconnected. Trying to chat to that useless Holly the Bot and his *********** consultants is outrageous. I get disconnected from the chat whilst I am still typing. Then I have to start over. Again. And repeat the same thing. Over and over and over again. I have sent emails. No response. I sent an email to the CEO. Pleading for help. No response. What kind of organization is this.... It's my R3000. I earned it. This is nerve wrecking. This is torture. This is absolutely unacceptable.
