Hollywood bets winings

i placed a bet on the 25th February 2023 on Hollywood bets and i won then i tried to withdraw my winnings via absa cash send on the same date to this day i never received my money. i tried calling they did not help every time its been escalated today 26th march went to the branch which also didn't help a thing mind you its a R250 winning every time im promised to this day nothing which makes me believe i wont get my money
