Hollywood bets vouchers

Good Day,I bought Hollywood bets vouchers off my credit card last year june Voucher codes not working, trying since then to sort out ,sent mail around 10 emails with Voucher codes,proof of payments, date purchased every time I must resend same things as different consultant, I went into my bank 5 times They contacted Hollywood no joy ,I was in Hollywood outlet 4 times, the give reference nmr ,no joy every time I must resend same requirements, I asked if I can speak to owner ,suddenly my mail gets blocked its 5 vouchers, I did everything they suggested, up till today no results
