Hollywood bets *****ulent action

I'm writting this with disgust and disappointment at Hollywood bets. I was betting on a game called legend of nezha and won a feature that gave me 284 plus minus then I continued to play and my account was now on 280r I decided to change my game nd I received an sms saying my cell number has been changed nd I should ignore if it's not me I Did so then went back to Hollywood as I was about reloading the page I saw that the amount was now on 26c I immediately logged on to the chat room nd notified that I think my account is being hacked got the response that I should log on the site and change my number back. I asked the lady to stop the withdrawal as it was not me who requested the withdrawal another sms came with a verification code for changing number I kept telling the consultant that it is not me doing all those changes and she said someone must have changed the number and on their side they can't access to see which method I used I asked how so because when we started chat u asked for my details nd I provided and u responded saying I have requested a withdrawal which is when I told u it was not me who requested the withdrawal another nd even when the second sms with verification code came through I told you. I then asked what will Hollywood bets do about my money as i reported this while it was happening i even notified her about the sms which came while chatting to her she said that the money was requested as a voucher and Hollywood cannot assist. I then asked how does Hollywood allow my info to be changed without my approval she said they have 2 options to reset which is answering security questions or taking a selfie I told her I did not authorise that reset. I then requested to speak to a supervisor and was told they will call me in 30minutes nd that has passed. I opened another chat to report I'm still waiting for a call from supervisor and was told they will call me as soon as they recieve my request finding it funny because the first lady said she escalated and i will be called in 30minutes nd that has long passed.i then went hack to the site to change my number back and I was asked both security questions and a selfie which the lady had said u are only asked for one option not both. How does Hollywood change my number if the selfie is different from the one I used when opening account nd when u change number the verification code is sent to the new number you are changing to but I got the code on my number the number I was supposedly changing from nd if they are vigilent enough they should see that all my withdrawals are done to my bank account not voucher. I want my money
