Hollywood bets terrible service delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated by Hollywood bets I've experienced Appalling customer service from contact center agents, poor resolution and turn around time for withdrawal request.

I submitted a request for withdrawal on the 23 January 2023 at 18:24 and the request was apparently accepted and approved for payout to me via ewallet. I have not yet received the money due to me, no update on the progress of my request upon having followed up on this issue I've been told that they are not sure why this is the case and have escalated the matter however I was assured by the front end staff that I was due to receive the funds on the 24 January 2023 at the end of the day which was no actual indication. This is really frustrating as there is no transparency or indication of the way forward.
