Hollywood Bets terrible customer service

I purchased a Hollyvoucher via my banking app. When I loaded the voucher pin - it says Invalid pin. I contacted my bank, who stated I had to contact Hollywood for invalid vouchers, which I did. 4 days later I'm still waiting to access my voucher; each consultant asks for the same information via chat and tells me to check back. The service is terrible, not what I expected from Hollywood.
