HOLLYWOOD BETS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Their customer service is very horrible and awful. The call centre agents are rude and not helpful. They never reply emails and their phone lines are bad just like their customer service is. It's the 2nd week I've been waiting for feedback/assistance and no one has bothered themselves to get back to me, instead I am the one following up and I still haven't received any help, they dont answer their phone and when they do, they keep telling me my line is bad and they just hang up on me.
