Hollywood bets taking money and says sorry can't help
I loaded my account with a eft but did not use my id as ref cause they dont tell you that you must. So now my funds can't be allocated t my account cause I need a bank statement and proof of payment in pdf format but I have my aunt money to use her Nedbank account so it reflects immediate. There must be some way of helping me it's R950. Can't just write it off. So they tell me it will never be allocated and I must give up. Please help. I will include the ref number of the payment in the ref box

So apparently cause of my aunt doing the eft payment on my behalf Hollywood bets wants her I'd copy and she has to make a.avidavid. the avidavid is no problem but she refuses to provide a I'd copy. Now you tell me there is nothing you can do and the funds will NEVER be allocated to my account. Where does the money i mean really. It's R950. I want my money.
