Hollywood Bets Sucks and ****s Their Customers

I had won R800, from them. Made a withdrawal via Nedbank send imali. As I made the withdrawal, the ATM rebooted. Immediately I went to the Nedbank branch close by. I was assisted and told the query will be resolved. This was on the 29 June 2023. Within a week I received communication from Nedbank that I have a valid claim. On the 10th July, received a message that, a payment has been made to the sender's account, which is Hollywood Bets. I am saying, today is the 24 August I have not received my money. They are sending me from pillar to post regarding my money. I even asked Nedbank for the proof of payment. I have sent it to Hollywood bets. Their service sucks, I don't know why they are refusing to give me my money. I will not give it up, maybe that is what they want me to do. Hollywood Bets please give me my money.
