Hollywood bets - *****sters and throttle users winnings

The service has been pathetic. My complaint hasn't been dealt with the extensive investigation that was required. Hollywood bets I'm told can place bets on your behalf - yes you heard right, they can take money from your account and place a bet, if the odds they calculated were incorrect. There is no justice and no resolution. I'm actually forced to go to the media, newspapers and the national gambling board to expose the truth. My disappointment goes beyond words. The consultants and escalation team don't provide proper feedback and refuse to look at the facts. I have screenshot proof to expose Hollywood bets.
