Hollywood bets Shocking service!
I have had the worst service from Hollywoodbets regarding FICA for my account. Submitted online twice, to then be told that I needed to go into a branch to have them send through my ID And it would be cleared immediately. This was not the case. I was told to wait and today when I called to follow up I was told that no documents had been received. I am appalled that they are happy to take your money, but extremely slack when it comes to FICA. Money cannot be withdrawn from my account until this is rectified!
