HOLLYWOOD BETS SERVICE POOR
Struggling to FICA on Hollywood! Bets since Wednesday 15th April. They can't seem to regognize my face (on bio) and I went to Hollywood Bets Outlet in Worcester, even that consultant struggled. Can't load my FiCA.
I then tried to upload my Photo and ID Copy the next day via Email that was provided. Nothing happens. Not Rica 'd Then I load again via email to Hollywood Bets email. No positive response. I am not able since Wednesday 15th to pay out my winnings and it frustrates me. I even went so far to shave off my beard to assist with BIO identification.. Not able to regognize me again. Today is Sunday, and yet I am not able to pay out my winnings. Very very upset in the way Hollywood Bets have been keeping me on struggling. Their Chat Platform for compliants is not even helping, eventhough I explain that my FICa is failing. So I don't know. My winnings lay there but I can't access it
This is very very very stressful because it seems thaylg can't fix the problem with from their side. Since 15th April 2026,and no solution can be found to fix the problem.
I am deeply disappointed in the manner how Hollywood Bets are dealing and treating me as a client.
Money lays there that I can't access. I lost all interest in continuing with paying slots on. HOLYWOOD BETS because if this is the way how can't love problems, how must I have trust in them.
