Hollywood bets ****s

I am very unhappy with service received from Hollywood bets. I played one of the live instant win games and only 5 of my numbers were drawn, because I am not sure how the game works, I expected to have won something for my 5 numbers. I spoke to Sinenhlanhla Mhlongo on the online chat service and she requested that I send her an email, I sent an email asking how the game works and she forwarded me the results of the game, I then responded still asking why I hadn't won because 5 of my numbers were drawn, she asked if I saw a 7 on the results, which was the only missing number. I said to her again, I do not understand how the game works if she could please explain, I never beard back from her. I played the same game again and this time all 6 of my numbers were drawn and I sent her another email which she completely ignored. I sent an email to help desk the next day and the also have the same attitude as Sinenhlanhla because noone bothered responding to me. I feel that this is repulsive because by the way Sinenhlanhla answered me, I assumed that having all 6 numbers drawn would mean a win, instead my ticket shows as a loss and I cannot get an answer from anyone at Hollywoodbets. I would not recommend signing up with this company at all because all they care about it taking your money and not paying out winnings or atleast affording a person an explanation of what is happening. I will go out of my way to discourage people from signing up with them because I know for a fact that they have no care about any of their customers, instead they'd rather keep taking from us. STAY AWAY FROM HOYWOOD BETS.
