Hollywood Bets ****/incompetence
On Friday 25 October 2019 I made a withdrawal and they as promised that it will pay out within 24 hours, they didn't pay out, I sent an email asking what wrong on the 26th and they never responded.
On Monday 27 October 2019 because I was out of town and I only had my documents on the phone I tried to withdraw and this time using my phone as first time I was using a laptop so I screens hot the required documents as their website refused to accept documents and only wanted pictures.
Yet still the was no funds after 24 hours, I called their offices shortly after that I was blocked from their website.
My question now is does that mean I won't get my winnings if not why am I not given reasons?
Secondly as I am in Bloemfontein do they have any offices around Bloemfontein, if not is there a gambling ombudsman around Bloemfontein who can assist me in this regard.
Further I would like them to at least send feedback to my emails to give clarity and if they feel they don't wanna pay me then they must refund me at least the money I spent on vouchers then we can go separate ways and they can **** others. Every cent counts and I regret joining something that will frustrate me like this.

All your reviews will be displayed.Click on the review you would like to change, this will open the review. Just above your review click on the button that says ‘Convert’.
