Hollywood bets ****

I'm a fairly new customer of these guys not much of a gambler but tried their slots I have registered on other sites but never gave it a go..nonetheless iv done eft transfers to Hollywood bought prepaid airtime vouchers etc..Being playing slots and more specially cause they encourage us to bet no less than R2 it finishes your funds fast but because they promotions say you stand a chance of winning a share of R250k you do it nonetheless But what I seen last night was mind blowing They finish up your credit without offering any wins..I feel ****** because when there was any chance of winning they Pop up an alert saying you lost connection to the server..What bull!and further more when trying to cash out they say I was not fica..which Is fine but the issue is why do they accept money to credit your account and accept your eft payments enabling you to gamble and finish your money but when you eventually win some peanuts and want to cash out they hand you a side ball..why is our south african government not looking into these things and protecting us of ******* such as this.
