Hollywood bets SA very bad service

They need to improve they systems , I won R3000 but I can not withdraw the funds because I'm not getting a n SMS on my phone , I called servral times using my own airtime but the people just hang up , I went to the big brance at Paul kruger street , but the person that helped me at the branch was very helpful.

He also tried to help but we failed, he than called the head office but the lady just could not help me , she just said I must use another number but I told her how so because my phone number is my logging details , should I buy a new sim card because I need my current number to sign into my profile so she just could not solve my problem. Went in the branch with a problem and walked out with the same problem issue still not resolved. So what should I do ?
