Hollywood Bets *****s money and doesn't let you withdraw winnings

I signed up today.

Enjoyed the site a bit, and now I want to withdraw my money back into my account.

They tell me that before I can withdraw the funds that I need to upload my FICA documents (ID and Proof of address)

So, I have been trying to do that. Spoke to a consultant who said they cannot do it from their side, and that I must ''just keep trying''.

So, my question is, no documents needed to be uploaded onto the site in order for me to deposit the money into my Hollywood bets account, but now that I want my money back there is this technical issue with the site? Nobody can help me?

This is why I stay away from gambling sites!!!
