Hollywood bets Robbing Clients
I placed a bet on Sunday (26th January 2020) received bet confirmation and then 20 minutes later I was refunded (stating abandoned )The soccer game was still live in running and full game completed .
This was a winning bet R19500 ,I contacted Hollywood bets and they first stated the game was abandoned ,then received another email -they said it was an error on their side as the betting duplicated .
I have all the email communications and proof of results and ticket on my cell .

I've spoken with our Events office and they have advised this query has been resolved and credited to your account as discussed with you. I see you've completed a withdrawal since said credit was completed. Please let me know if there is anything else outstanding in this regard.

this is not resolved ..my account was credited with R4650 and NOT R19500 .Helpdesk continue telling me this was an error on Hollywood side .They told me yesterday that the difference of R14850 they cannot credit me .This is totally unacceptable as we as customers must suffer the loss for hollywoodbet errors .If i had placed a bet in error and wanted to reverse it while in running -LIVE ,they would never reverse it as it is my fault -error ????This is not the first time hollywoodbets is robbing their customers and i will be taking this further with the Gambling board .
People out there that have hollywood accounts i suggest you move to another betting service provider as hollywood will one day rob you too .
