Hollywood Bets Reversal of Funds

Good day, I would like to relay my story of my experience with Hollywood Bets in May 2023 to June I started making eWallets of my winnings using my old Vodacom number which was hacked in 9 June 2023 so I contacted Hollywood Bets to change my number and was successful and I also requested that my eWallet be reversed back to my Hollywood Bets account. So I kept calling from July to request a withdrawal I was pushed from 1 consultant to the next false promises were made that in 7days the money will be reversed but nothing. Than my last all to the company was on 30 November 2023 at 17:46 spoke to Kukhona Magwaze than I told him to transfer me to his team leader Venolis Govender he told me he will investigate and get back to me nothing since. So I am making you guys who use Hollywood to make some money that please be careful this company does not care about it's customers all they care about is when you buy vouchers and play but when it's time for them to reverse or pay out it's a problem.
