Hollywood bets refuses to pay what I won

I have been escalating my withdrawals every month since December 2022- R30000 and 7 standard bank cash send vouchers which I have not received a response to yet. I'm not the only person with this issue. Hollywood bets are so quick to take money out of my account but can not pay me what I won.

I don't have this problem with Lottostar or Jabula bets

Hollywood bets I want my Money. This is getting too much now. I've been calling and trying to get to someone on chat and email no one responds. Is this how u train your staff to give customer service.
