Hollywood Bets refusal to pay

I recently signed up for Hollywood bets for the July handicap and they requested me to select a means of identification to verify my FICA so I was given an option between drivers license, ID or Passport. I select drivers and took photos via my mobile and sent it. Then received a message to say the FICA is done but when I want to withdraw then they say they want my ID, so I took a picture and sent it to ***. Now I was told that everything is sorted and I can withdraw. Then when I call this morning I was told they need 3 months bank statement which doesn't make sense. All they need to confirm is the account belongs to me so couple of days would be sufficient. Then they cant transfer me to a supervisor. The ladies email address that told me this was ***. I sent my bank statement as request and did not receive payment. This is so frustrating!!!
