Hollywood Bets really needs to step up...

On 04 October 2022 @ 04h36 I deposited R2400 into my account which shows that the amount was accounted for but only R600 was credited to my account. I played with this money thinking it would be resolved and my total went up to R2750 but then only R30 or R300 was reflecting. Since this Glitch (Terminology used by HWBets IT department) happened Hollywood bets has not been able to fix it. I have been contacting the call centre but with no joy and I am left to report this matter. A complaint ticket was raised with Hollywood bets ***3 but still not settled. I can only imagine how many times this has happened to people with no resolution and Hollywood bets thinking this matter can be forgotten…
