Hollywood Bets Proof of Payment Reference Nightmare
My name is Nokuthula Zuma. I deposited R100 into a hollywood bets account using a Capitec account on the 25-10-2020 yet the money has not reflected on my account. Unfortunately i didn't use my hollywood bets reference number when i made the deposit and i have resend my proof of payment numerous times to prove that a deposit was paid but you say you cannot locate. How do i address this issue because i have exhausted my options this side.

Philisiwe Mdluli assisted us so effortlessly and professionally that the sour taste about the way we were sent from pillar to post was wiped away. I hope this is a lesson to Hollywood Bets to find prompt solutions rather than giving standard responses which just agitate customers. I hope our future interactions will be pleasant.
