Hollywood bets not releasing my winings.

Hi i am trying to do a withdrawal from hollywood app but i get declined. I have even went to the hollywood office and was on the call with withdrawal department for almost an hour and they said that they will do a hotline payment which never happened. I also tried using the chat ****ion on the app and get no reply.also used the email ****ion which replies at 3 am and then says closing inquiries because there is no reply do they expect me to be awake at 3am to reply.this is all bull.
