Hollywood bets not being honest!!!

I am always playing on Hollywood bets never did I experience any problems from this site until the 15th of June 😒 I have made a eft withdrawal of R1400 on the 15th and up until today no money in my account. When I phone the customer care service on Saturday the lady said I must send my bank statement trough I did phone my bank to send me the statement so I mailed it to the withdrawal email address and they said I must give 3 hours the will get back to me i am still waiting for the feedback and my money. Feeling frustrated they want to make their problem my problem and want me to feel like I am not honest about this matter wonder if they know it's ***** to lie about something like this. After this I don't think I will ever support them again and will not advise anyone to use this site because the assistance regarding this matter to be sort out is pefetic.

Hollywood bet I have give enough time and days to sort out this so please pay my money that is owned by you to me!!
