Hollywood bets non payment

I have an account with Hollywood Bets i have registered with FICA and done everything right. I WON R32000.00 i played out the R12000.00 and wanted to withdraw the R20000.00 well thats when all my problems started. I have been trying now for 3 weeks to withdraw my money , not a chance!!! It gets declined every time..countless phonecalls and emails to the withdrawals department and supervisor @hollywoodbets they still wont give me my money ..their story is that they dont know where my money came from??i even sent them a screen shot of my winning..still nothing .They have requested my statement of my account a week and a half ago..still no response I think this is disgusting..i bet i can go in an use this money .i will be allowed to gamble it away ,but they wont let me take my winnings..disgusting!!!!!..i want my money
