Hollywood Bets missing for new - Hollywood bets ***** funds
My funds just disappeared- left me with R1.20 in my account. I escalate this on chat - they tell me to wait 4 hours , then tell me it will take longer. So I wait. 1 agent tells me they can see the funds disappeared but cannot see where or how. I continue to wait. Then they tell me to check my gar replay history and they say I placed a R60 bet. Again o checked and there is no history showing this bet. (All bets can be watched from the replay function) Then they tell me check transaction history - go to LIVE IN PLAY. (Bold because after 24hrs my account went from R1.20 to R3.20) they tried to tell me later that it was the winnings from the R60 bet… how can I have placed a bet on a live game and all of a sudden R1 winnings appear in my account after 24 hours. (This shows that I did not place this bet) then they tell me to check the bets after as the winnings was used - again there is no bets after as there is no R69 bet on the date and time I escalated.
I’ve asked for the evidence from them but they just ignore me when I request for this.
It’s not about the money as I don’t need it - it is about the principle and how Hollywood bets cheat and treat their customers. Safe to say I will not be using Hollywood bets again and I will ensure that none of the friends and family who may use it never do again.
as I have all the screenshots and timestamps which proves that what Hollywood is saying cannot be true ….. to note: instant games is played in real time so it cannot be possible for a bet to be played today and the results to appear after 24 hours - this proves that there was a system glitch… also the time of me reporting the funds disappearing before the timestamp of what Hollywood bets is saying a bet was placed further shows that something went wrong with the system.
