Hollywood bets ****med me and suspended my account

Hollywood bets has ****med me and suspended my account . On the 29th of April I had loaded vouchers that I had previously bought the previous day as I wanted to have enough funds for the whole month. That same day my account was suspended and I had an amount of R26000+ on my account. I’ve called numerous times and sent countless emails and until date my account is still suspended . I’ve sent through everything they’ve requested however my account is still suspended. They’ve requested for the slips/vouchers that I had loaded of which I sent via email and I was told there are duplicates so I drove to their offices on the 7th of may and I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of zamani who is a supervisor, he took my slips and scanned them to the relevant department he said . I did not get my slips back which is not an issue however until date I cannot access my account as well as my funds, I’m really disappointed after being told countless times not to join Hollywood but rather go for betway as I was coming from a different betting company.
