Bhekani a so called manager at hollywood was the most useless inefficient person I have ever dealt with promises to call u back but never does and up to today never apologised for their mess or even a courtesy call to see if I am sorted out when I called him he asked staff to tell me was in a meeting at 18 30 on a Friday afternoon 😀 Shanaaz I hope you reading this because that guy is poor in his service and feedback and something should be done about him so no other customers will suffer like I did 240 minutes of my airtime and not even an apology customer service at its worst
