Hollywood bets knows how to ***** money with bets cannot be placed or account locked

Been a loyal customer to this platform. Last 2 days was the ****tiest experience ever. More account locked or bets cannot be placed on all their games after 2 or 3 spins. Mostly 2. Due to this....losing all the funds i loaded and they refuse reimbur*****t. Even tell me that they escalating the problem to the relevant department. I think they get trained to say this as this is all they know how to do. Phulekazi very unhelpful. I was still talking to her when she just out of nowhere dropped the chat and told me to contact them after 4 hours in order to check the outcome. Not them conracting me. Always the same old sad tune they spin. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sorry for this but no solution to their problem. Please get more adequate people to deal with customers as this has been unpleasant playing on your platform and dealing with *********** teained people to continue with the same old boring tune on replies they always give. Phulekazi....i suggestyou find another job cause if you drop chats on customer queries the way you did.....sad to be you! Will never ever refer anyone to you ever again. And train people to handle customer queries. Not the same old tunes everytime. It gets super boring. On a scale of 1 to 10 on customer and platform experience for negativity and uselessness i rate you 25. Clearly stated that my account is not locked or cannot find a problem then why the hell can i not play without interruption or the **** you display to make sure you ***** peoples money no refund....with the stunts you pull on bet cannot be placed or account locked when clearly my account is not locked.
