Hollywood Bets is the Worst Online Betting Company - Winnings NOT PAID for 9 Days!

Withdrawal NOT paid out to me for 9 days now. Every time I query it on a call, email or the online chat box - I am requested to send an updated bank statement. I must have shared 10 bank statements between 17 August and today with NO progress and still NO winnings in my account from them!

I have over 10 reference numbers with no proper feedback except that quite a few people that did withdrawals on the 17th of August 2025 experienced a problem with their withdrawal and did not get paid as yet!

Their customer service agents are absolutely useless and so are their supervisors or managers. They come up with excuses and all they say is that they have escalated it!

Today is day 9 and I am told I must give them 24hours again! From 24 hours, 48 hours to 72 hours - its now 9 days and I have NOT received my winnings!

Stop blaming the banks and wallet docs for your incompetency. Pay my winnings! I sent too many bank statements to show proof that the money did not come into my account as yet.

I have already reported this to National Gaming Board 5 days ago!
