Hollywood bets is pathetic

I received a cash send form holloywood bets on the 28 of February for 3000 at a Nedbank atm however Nedbank only gave me 1750 and ATM took the balance back long story short i sorted it out with Nedbank they told me funds is paid back into my Holloywood account however holloywood says it takes 30 day's for fund's to come back when Nedbank says its been paid i am so tired of the way holloywood can rob us weather u win or loose
