Hollywood bets is ****mers!

I won R6000 on the bets last night when I tried to withdraw I could not. I updated my banking details since last week l and while I was struggling with the withdrawal I could see my balance is becoming less and less. I took screenshots I immediately sent an email to them. Now they responded that my balance is R183 and I have played spinomental I must check my transaction I never played after that won I was struggling to get my money! This is the worst experience ever I'm so so disappointed
