Hollywood Bets is full of lies

Support that handles hellopeter complaints are full of lies. My bets was not resulted on the 15 December and up until now , my winnings are not paid. I received a call on the 19 December stating my account will be credited that afternoon or latest by the 20 December. It is now the 23 December, no feedback, no credit to my account.
