Hollywood bets is destroying my life

can someone please assist, I have asked Hollywood bets to please delete my account as i have a problem regarding gambling and i am trying to quit. they told me to write a letter and i advised that i cannot write the letter and have it signed due to personal inabilities and gave them everything they needed like my account, username, personal details, everything. they are refusing and they are also robbing me by taking all my money. it is having a very negative impact on my life and finances and these people are so busy robbing me that they are destroying my life. when i told them that this is affecting me financially and emotionally, they sent me an email stating that's just how gambling is and its all about luck. i just don't want to be a part of this platform. can some please assist in deleting my account. my account is ***
