Hollywood bets is beyond pathetic!

I'm truly exhausted by Hollywood Bets. Disgusted even at this point.

I deposited money a 4 days ago, it never reflected, was never refunded or credited.

Escalated daily to their *********** staff who have said the same thing, it will be refunded in 24-48hours then rudely end my chat.

Their deposit escalation emails don't work, no management returns calls, I've used social media even to try and rectify the matter,but it makes no difference, they tell me to go to the branch when my transaction was done online.

They just take the money and treat you like a burden for wanting what I rightfully yours refunded.

The staff have no way of dealing with customers, and not one of the MANY agents swayed from the same nonchalant attitude, which was just be patient, we will get there when we get there.

Ridiculous!
