Hollywood Bets is a Disgrace

Hollywood bets I'm so disappointed in your services. It's going to almost a month since I have needed assistance with my withdrawal and I haven't got any feedback.

I tried to withdraw my funds from my account and I was told that my FICA is expired and I need to go to a branch with my ID to update this.

I went to my nearest branch and they tried to help but couldn't. They called your head office and I spoke to a supervisor and told The matter will be resolved in 24 hours as the system was offline.

This was done on the last week before May.

The next day I went to the branch to see if things were sorted out but I still couldn't withdraw.

Again I was put through the head office and I was told that due to the new system the old ID books have a problem identifing the image.

I send the whole week trying to sort this out and was promised so many times that a senior manager will call me but nothing.

My original ID was taken out plenty of years ago and of course over time you don't look the same.

So how can this be my problem as a partial match and I can't withdraw my money.

I was even told that I must go get a temporary ID. Who really has the time to do this.

Such a big establishment but such pathetic service and lack of leadership.

My account was even locked so I couldn't even take a bet.

All I want is to withdraw my funds and move on.

I'm so disgusting by the lack of service I get as a client and yet my matter is not resolved.

Please sort my issue out.
