Hollywood Bets

Hollywood Bets no longer cares about customers, they keep telling customers to send emails but surprisingly they don't respond to those emails. I bought airtime via Hollywood Acc which normally goes straight to my registered cellphone number but I was never transfered, I sent them numerous emails but no one bothered to reply, it's not a first time at some point I had to buy airtime and call which normally takes a lot of money because they don't respond to emails. Till today the airtime is not credited but it was deducted from my Hollywood balance.
