Hollywood bets dont want to pay my winnings
I made a withdrawel from Hollywoodbets on Thursday 27th June 2024 - today is 01 July 2024 and I have yet to receive my money. Ive logged calls chatted with 5 diffrent agents Spoke with a Supervisor Zamani and No results whatsoever. Everytime its a different story But no one can confirm that I will receive my money. This is unecceptable as they did not inform me on the app that they are experiencing technical issues. I called back for a 4th time and all of a sudden Zamani is now on lunch for 2 and a half hours. They took my nimber and said I will get a call back, I am still waiting.

01 Jul 2024, 15:43So I called again and asked for another Manager/ supervisor to call me back and I am still waiting - I spoke to Nolwazi this time around and no call back. Hollywood bets has cheated me out of my winnings for sure
