Hollywood Bets doesn't want to reverse my money.

Since the 23rd of July, I have been waiting for my withdrawal which I made via Absa cash send. I called and emailed several times but was sent from pillar to post, I am so frustrated, to say the least, and am fed up with this BS. I got an email saying I should send my selfie with an ID, I did just that but nothing happened in reversing or paying out my withdrawal. I then called several times but all I got was the run-around. Finally, when I got hold of the non-existent customer care agent she said the money had been reversed back into my account. Upon checking nothing was there...I checked the transaction and the reversal had been rejected. What the Fkcu should I do to get my hard-earned money? Just give me my money back, please. I have screenshots that my reversal was rejected and not paid back into my account. STOP WHAT YOU DOING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND GIVE THEM WHAT IS THERES.
