Hollywood bets deposits with online banking

I deposited money through my online banking. They say they cannot pick it up but I send proof from my bank. I phoned 3 times and spoke to 3 different people. I sent emails with documents more than 3 times. They keep asking the same stuff. I am very angry about it but I am there'd of following it up with no results. My bank says they already banked it in their account. I deposited on Christmas day and that seems to be the problem. I believe they should be able to pick it up on their bank statements but apparently they don't.
