Hollywood bets deposit issue

I deposited money on Hollywood bets on Monday 09/09/2024 but the funds went to bonus funds and now I can't use them. I tried sending all the information that was requested of me but everytime I send the information they either say there's more information I need or the funds will still take 24-48 hours to reflect. I use Hollywood bets everyday and this has never happened before. I honestly think that their system made a mistake some how but they don't seem to care.
