Hollywood bets deposit

I made two deposits into their account about a month ago and I made contact with them multiple times requesting when my funds will be loaded. Every time I am doing a follow up I am told to send bank statement and proof of payment, which I did but with no luck. Still my funds haven’t been loaded. The people working there aren’t willing to help keep on escalating. There are no customer service. Hollywood Bets are “*****” they took my money and are incapabele in their service
