Hollywood Bets – Delayed Withdrawal & Poor Service

I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received from Hollywood Bets.

On Friday, 17 April 2026, I withdrew approximately R1700, and to date, the funds have still not reflected in my bank account. I have contacted the call centre multiple times, and each time I am told the same thing — that the matter has been escalated and will take 24–48 hours.

We are now well past that timeframe, and there has been absolutely no resolution or meaningful feedback. It’s incredibly frustrating to keep getting the same response with no action being taken.

This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase their own money like this.

I would like this issue resolved urgently and my funds paid out immediately, along with a proper explanation for the delay.
